If it’s just the invitation, or the agenda, or both concerning the general meeting, I don’t recall. Both can be read from what’s left decipherable here. At least I know it was the basis, like in my notebooks at school, to place a head amongst a text, which was not really meant for that kind of treatment. Quite often, after having scanned the image, I did remove all elements stemming from the text and the paper it was printed on, because they had no role in the aesthetics of the head. I just ignored them, while creating the real subject. Precisely this was not true in this case. This head was done using and respecting, so to speak, the printed text, kind of a merger of head and print. Having said this, the thought comes easily to mind, in what way and why I had the idea, to fill in the whole image with writing, to in fact use “handwriting” as a graphic structure. But in truth: It was not easy and I did not get this idea right away.
